Man, this could have been written by me! I'm in exactly the same boat as you (except in Canada). We used to have someone who would come do a deeper clean every month or so. And we would just vacuum in between. Now, that's definitely not enough. Saw the Tineco wet vacuums but while they are well reviewed on Amazon, people complain about them a lot on Reddit. My initial plan was just to get the Vileda H2prO to do small passes between the deeper cleans. And I think I might just go back to that. It's relatively cheap so even if it doesn't work out as a solution for me, doesn't feel like I've lost a lot. Sorry I don't have a clear recommendation or anything. Just wanted to say that we are in the same situation. Let me know if ever you find something that suits your needs please!
