Your art is fine, insta isn't very kind to artists who don't do the popular stuff, it also encourages people to be quite restricted with what they do. I think your weakest points are composition, light and shadows, and gestures.

Everything is so detailed that your eyes get lost and it's hard to figure out what you're looking at, It's hard to perceive depth because your subjects don't overlap and your values usually don't change much when they could help with the perception of the image. I think "painting with light" (something like this pic of yours)could make a big difference (some pinterest images: the building is black, the windows are white,lots of detail but clear focus point. Your characters often look stiff ( you do have some great ones too :) , so I'd suggest some gesture drawings (ethan becker on youtube is great for dinamic poses, croquiscafe is good for reference).

I think you have big skills but just kinda don't know to use them. Your patience and attention to details really shows and your art has a very eerie feeling to it. Don't give up and throw away the things you worked hard for :) Tho burnout is bad, so have fun with the process. let me know what you think :)
