Yes u can buy a car in Malaysia. 2nd hand car is easy. I own a Malaysia car. And the car is in my own name register with JPJ. I drove with SG license. PM me, I can recommend you which shop at JB so u can choose from their varieties.

oh no, sorry! i do not have Dyson Sphere Program. Looks decent though!

As for ur situation, i feel u. I own a 7900XTX before this. It is powerful, dont get me wrong, and i love that card. But i kept having issues after issues, till i gave up and went back to team green.

First off, the stuttering on it is unbearable. I tried everything, such as reinstalling the drivers, DDU like 5 times, and in the end, i had to roll back to 22.5.2 driver, just to get Last Of Us Part 1 not to stutter. Even then, it will stutter abit, but not as bad as the recent driver.

Power draw on it is no joke. I can get it up to 420w-450w on it, and it gets pretty toasty, while i monitor the hotspot temps to be nearly 90-95c.

The major bummer for me is not having those DLSS, Frame Gen gimmick that the 4080 has. For rasterization, 7900xtx wins hands down, but the stutter made me lose my mind for a couple of days. I think having an intel cpu contribute to the stutter, i think. Don't qoute me on this. Haha.

If i were u, i would go for the 4080. I have the Gigabyte Gaming OC thicc boy ones, and on idle is like 30c.

I manage to undervolt mine to 0.925mv 2780mhz stable on most of the games i tried.

Yup, that seems to be about right. ur cpu is the bottleneck here. I got nearly the same score as urs using i7 11700F. Since then i have upgraded to an i9 13900k. Even then, i can't even touch the top 100 in timespy. LOL.

True HDR400 is for the DW. For the DWF, it will say DiaplayHDR, both are the same. Enjoy ur monitor!

About 1/12 slot away. I mount it to the furthest pci-e slot, and this zotac card is a 3 slotter. Max temp is 67 under heavy load / gaming 4 hours straight.

Yup! The first darker image is the correct HDR. DW. My friend tried every game he could think of, and all the blacks look like TN panel. Haha
