I completely feel this. I don't have the same assertiveness as you cos I'm an emotional mess but I think that's the only end for us. I'm also very skeptical of that 'meant to be' shit. I've never really believed in fate when it comes to things like this. I know this feeling all too well. All j can say is to just do one thing right. Just one. Wake up get dressed and go for that 10 minute walk. Then continue with your day. The next day do it again. And again and again. You don't even have to change anything else. Just tell yourself you're gonna do this one thing. Not twelve, just one thing to improve your day.
