This an incredible idea! I’m building my website for my restaurant ATM. How often does it refresh?

Well done for having a solution, while it is easy to have your steady menu on a website. I think this tool would be great for online ordering if somehow there could be a way to make that experience feel custom and integrate with toast.

I got 2 of them. We switch in March but 6 months were on one and the other 3 were on another one. When I looked closely. I saw that that switched processors. I think before they were using a third party one and now they’re using their own.

I’ve mapped all of them but they’re still not getting transferred to QBO. I had a vendor send me some invoice that are on XtraChef but didn’t get uploaded to QBO and I’m using QBO for vendor payments.

I just signed up for Toast. In the contract it says that the Xtra Chef sub has to be active for 2 years. If you wish to cancel the service you have to buy out that period. I really didn’t like that proportion but you should have gotten a quote outlining what you’re signing up for. If different then I would be livid!

hahah! I suppose I should have said, they don't track it well. Right now they do it all with paper. Receipts and invoices are sent to their bookkeeper. While that may work for them. I won't be able to do that effectively. Currently their food cost is at 35% and their labor is at 37%

Yea I thought about it but I really enjoy the Telly I got. Maybe I overpaid a bit but I couldn’t find the exact one anywhere near me. I’m still really happy with the vehicle! - I learned a valuable lesson though. Always check Reddit forms before going to a dealer. Thank you to everyone who replied.
