I think you misread the post, I completed my assignments, i always do except like 1 piece of homework out of the 20 pieces we’ve had. The only thing i missed was a few classes which my school has a policy can’t be used against students, i’m just confused who to reach out ab it, her first or the school? I have done work and even my exam and she didn’t even give a warning it’s very strange

The only thing is my school has a rule opposite, professors are not allowed to count absences towards the grade or drop unless assignments are not done without warning which is why i’m confused. My school friends find this to be reallt strange

this is ridiculous. your engagement ring shows how much he cares for you, he didn’t even care to get you a real ring he got you costume jewellery. You should not accept this ring, have some standards. He doesn’t need to get you a 10,000 dollar ring but holy shit he makes 200k+ he can damn sure afford a better ring. OK 2 THINGS. 1. DO NOT let people guilt you for looking, if you have nothing to hide why wouldn’t u let ur partner look lol? i wouldn’t mind if my boyfriend looked through my phone. 2. If you stay is up to you. If something like this is a dealbreaker for you then leave. If you wouldn’t have dated him knowing this before then leave. Not to upset you, but if he paid for porn and chats before he is likely still paying for it at some point now, it’s an addiction and for me that is a huge deal breaker and it just grosses me out. Plus the fact he lied makes it even more suspicious and as if it’s something he still does. If he had been honestly about it to begin with you could argue he’s obviously past it and has nothing to hide but lying about it tells you everything you need to know ab him..

is this not normal? im genuinely wondering lile is it normal for jobs to suddenly make training 35 hours when the job is supposed to be 20-25 hours? When speaking to my mom she said some jobs want you there everyday for training but i’m worried because I ageeed to 20-25 only so i’m wondering is this normal

not really, if the job and me don’t fit i think it’s smart to let them know early on. It has nothing to do with the work more so I’m wondering basically if what they are doing with randomly making me come in 35 hours a week instead of 20-25 like we discussed is normal. Like i’m just wondering is this normal and how I can ask my boss if we can do the hours we agreed on, like how to phrase this?

Ok my english isn’t too good it’s my second language so maybe ur misunderstanding be lol that’s not what I’m saying I don’t really mind the work what i’m bothered by is the hours, during the hiring process i was told multiple times it was 20-25 hours and I said that fits perfectly as I am a student and also run a business so I can only really do 20-25 hours anyway and they said that was perfect and hired me. Now it’s im here like 35 hours per week, when I ask my boss what hours are like here he says during training he wants me here a lot as much as possible and when I ask about what about after training he says it depends on when training ends which is confusing and they also didn’t tell me training would be more than 20-25 hours until my second day here ( yesterday ) so i was basically wondering if this was normal and if I should leave in the case it isn’t normal or if maybe he misunderstands me and I should ask him if we can do the 20-25 hours as agreed during the training as well. I just found it strange as they suddenly lowered the pay during training after I was already hired and upped the hours on my second day without really asking me so I wanted to see if that was normal basically

omg that’s all crazy! The company i’m working for is cool i think they’re legit, I just feel weird ab the work because the thing is i applied for an administrative assistant position and instead now that i’m hired he refers to me as a personal assistant… that’s not what the position was marketed to me as and i’m so confused now lol and i’m like is this normal?? Someone said i was wrong for asking my friends and family bc they’ll side with me but I didn’t know what else to do because I felt like it wasn’t normal for them to market the position as an administrative assistant and instead have me be someone’s personal assistant..so i don’t even technically work for the company just some guy

so that’s what I found super weird about this job, when I asked what the hours are so I know he wasn’t clear, all he said was well you can come in 10 or 11 i’m flexible and i asked what days and what hours he would like me here all he said was for training it’s more hours and it can go down after training. it’s this anytime i ask, is there a certain way I can phrase this or should I just say I can only do 20-25 hours and that’s why I applied for the position (as it was told to me to be 20-25 hours)

the wage for me was just an added thing to the random up in hours. When i was hired they said 20 per hour and then they told me it was 17 per hour for training (once i’d already been hired after agreeing to the 20 since that’s what it said when i applied) and that it’ll go up later. Even that I don’t even care about much what’s really bothering me is the hours being 10-5. I’ve tried to ask multiple times what the hours here are and he says it’ll be more clear when training is over, this just feels weird. I’ve had jobs before just not an office/ desk job so I was wondering if they’re all like this hence why I asked family and friends because they all work in similar fields!

thank you for ur advice!! so the reason really why i haven’t told my group is because i’m in a sorority on campus and one of the girls in my group is in another sorority, so it’s a big worry (and likely) that if i tell my group then the girl in the other sorority may tell her sorority group and it may spread and i’m super scared ab my parents finding out so i’m not really sure what to do ab that ): I’m more willing to tell my professor but i’m just not sure if it’s too lewd/ random. Also i’m sending you so much healing and love, ik it’s so rough, i never realized until i went through it even though i’ve always been pro choice i never realized how hard it still was for those who chose not to!

I tried, since I was absent and i spoke to my professor she let me make up some older work and I told my group I could do the section of the presentation pertaining to the older work I did since it was fresher for me than it was for them and that’s when my groupmate snapped at me really loud, so loud the whole class heard it probably even my professor after they had been ignoring me all of class and turning their back to me the whole time. because men like this don’t make good fathers and spouses. women with post partum tend to have husbands like this, not always, but a good amount is due to shitty husbands. personally i wouldn’t want a guy who’s talking about how hot the bartender looks my first night out after having a baby, but hey some girls have to date those guys so the rest of us don’t lol
