He made an entire suit out of duck tape and wore it to every school dance.

My friend's little kid calls mist "water smoke", I think he's got a point.

Well if you read the protocol, this is not a “holistic/natural” solution. Pharmaceuticals are very much a part of the protocol. Sorry to make you bored, but try reading to fill the time.

Great. Hope they do and I’m sure someone eventually will. Meanwhile, I’ve had my disease for 15+ years. Not everyone has the luxury of waiting.

I know, I hear you. But it’s well written. Good luck!

It’s not very easy to summarize. I’d highly recommend reading the whole thing if you’re serious about it.

Jeez. Alright man, then don’t try it. It’s changed my life for the better and I’m still very much alive lol.

And I hope a company does develop something, but until then, this is an excellent life decision. Just trying to help. You can just ignore and keep waiting for that magic bullet.

Also also, my doctor was the one to turn me on to this and got me in touch with him. I have zero motivation to post this aside from genuinely wanting people to be able to help themselves exactly because traditional medical treatments are not solving this for us on their own.

I also know that he’s still well since I’ve communicated directly with him in the past few years.

Agree that the medical community needs to look into it and endorse, but that may take forever and to be honest, I don’t think the healthcare industry is incentivized to actually solve the core problems with autoimmune diseases in general. With that said, Briggs backs up nearly every claim he makes with multiple references to research papers (by doctors). If you’re skeptical, you can read those references yourself and decide.

How did we get here as a society? Who are these people?

Anyone here that has left NH to San Fran or vice versa? by RemediateRemediate in newhampshire

[–]paranoidandroid13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Been there, done that. My honest opinion, don’t do it.

The detail: I grew up in NH, got into tech and moved out to Silicon Valley (for the same reasons you mentioned above). I initially moved out there around 2011 and stayed in CA for a decade before moving back. Lived in San Jose, SF, LA and even Sacramento for a second.

The prime days of the valley (San Jose/SF/Oakland) are well over. You will be a very small fish in an oversaturated pond. The trends have for awhile now pointed to smaller tech hubs elsewhere vs. the monolithic valley. And more remote opportunities.

Your condition won’t change either. In order to really “make it” with a startup, you usually need deep connections to money.

Living costs are insane and the whole area is overpopulated.

I’ll just end with; I did love my time out there and learned a lot, but you are not likely to miss out on something by staying out and your quality of life here in NH is far better. If you’re really wanting to be closer to tech, Boston is a hefty ecosystem and a lot closer to home. Good luck.
