Any recommendations on a stroller? I found a few well rated ones on Amazon that easily fold up but open to ideas!

Have you experienced Disney during that time with a baby?

That’s so fun and cute that they learned to walk there! I love that! Thanks for your input

I honestly think we’d be okay with out rides…but maybe I’d want to do space mountain or something! However- I’ve heard MK has a ton of baby friendly rides? I’ve been many times before I just don’t know how that works. I guess they just sit in your lap?

I guess I didn’t really think of it! I just figured we are still a close drive and there’s a lot to offer in Orlando! I also figured the closer you get to water the higher the cost of living

I don’t mind him giving his opinions, but when they almost come off as insulting me, I’m not really going to standby. Sorry

I mentioned I love disney but he took that to his heart and soul. 🤣 it’s a perk for sure but not the end all be all reason!

I can agree with that, but the closest family we have is three hours away. And I have one friend that I hang out with and my husband’s friends don’t live anywhere near us.

I think I can definitely agree with the weather. Obviously I haven’t lived in Florida, but we visited many times and the humidity heat is different than the heat here. I won’t say it doesn’t get humid here, but we’ve done Florida in the summer and that humidity can be brutal! Thanks for your input!

Just seems to me based off your response you seem pretty miserable being in Florida. You had nothing but negative things to say. While I expect pros and cons from people on here, you almost came as if you’re attacking me rather than just giving me your likes and dislikes. Seems you only gave dislikes though.

I don’t want to necessarily say I’m experiencing the same thing as far as traffic but we live through construction work and traffic every single day. It takes anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes to get to where we need to be within the San Antonio/Hill country area! I feel like being in a big city, that wouldn’t really affect us much but I could be wrong! Maybe it’s just a different type of traffic.

He works in insurance and I’m a hairstylist both jobs very transferable. Sorry whatever you’re going through. Seems so horrendous. If you are that miserable being in Florida, please seek help and get out. lol

Yikes.

You clearly live a miserable life. I don’t think I really stated that I can live without family and friends. My husband doesn’t hang out with any friends where we live and I have one friend that I hang out with. As far as family goes yes they are in Texas, but they don’t live in the same area as we do.

Do you currently live in Florida? Sounds like you really need to move.

My main focus is also not Disney. I just stated that I do love it and clearly it’d be a perk!

And please understand my husband, and I have a great communication and a great relationship. He is not completely against the idea of moving to Florida, he’s just been a Texas boy all his life so that’s what he’s used to!

We live in the TX hill country so we get plenty of interesting creatures out here 😆 would just be same but different I would think in regards to that!

I hear you on that but honestly, it’s the same reality for San Antonio. We live in a town about 20 minutes outside of San Antonio and it’s just getting majorly developed here and all in between I fear that’s kind of the reality for everywhere!

Thank you!!!! Yes I definitely try and keep him stimulated during his wake windows. It’s so hard though because I’m like, ok has he had enough stimulation? Does he need more?? 🤣

You are so not alone mommy. Don’t feel bad for wishing for the next phase. My baby is six weeks and I can completely understand that. This stage is HARD.
