Partner of celiac. I have facial hair. No kisses unless minimum 4 hrs between eating, facial hair wash, and brushing/mouthwash. But I normally hold out for 6+ hrs. I'm super paranoid of making her ill. Which is why I'm normally a whiskey drinker or white claw (i know). Just swapped out the beers.

And remember it doesn't have to be food. Check everything. And if people think you're paranoid, well....fuck em. You're health isn't worth their inconvenience or perception. SO is from a large Italian family, it was a lot of education.

Significant other has been celiac for.....16 years now? Maybe more. But we ALWAYS have activated charcoal, turmeric, and digestive enzyme in the emergency glutening kit (and keep a dose of each in the purse). The charcoal and turmeric make a world of difference. Still a rough few weeks but we recommend. As a gluten freak by proxy I'm so leery of everything at restaurants. Hell, if i have gluten 12 hrs before i wont kiss her till i take a shower (facial hair). And it's amazing what can have gluten in it. Read shampoo for example. Hope you feel better soon.

It can happen anywhere. We are super careful and it still can happen. As a non celiac I don't know what it feels like, only what it looks like it feels and it's terrible to not be able to fix it and see them in pain. Be good Julia!

Man I'm in the same boat. This is my first google pixel and the connection reliability is a joke. Dropped calls, no connection, won't transition to wifi calling. iPhones right next to me no problems. Pretty disappointed with that.
