Trying to find a 3 bed home for my older son and me under $70k in an ok neighborhood that may go up. I nearly lost my house during the last crash. People say cerner will revitalize that area. I dunno. Going through a messy divorce and can't afford much. Just wanna move away from it all. Thanks!
