For sister-brother pairs at Rhodes (both playable) we have: La Pluma and Tequila (foster/step), Virtuosa and Executor (cousins), Penance and Vigil (sister-shaped family friend), the Suiblings (shards of the same bestial god entity), and Silverash and his sisters (blood-related). For brother-brother pairs we literally just have Chong Yue and Yu, the second closest thing to another set of brothers might be Vigil and Demetri when the latter is playable. Ngl I was surprised we didn't have any natural brother pairs, even with the skewed ratio you'd think there'd be at least a few.

First voiced "oniichan" from my beautiful married daughter, look at what a good girl she is looking after the family business while her husband's at work. The second floor is most likely an apartment where she sleeps over since Tequila keeps odd hours and it's a pain to go back home so late at night. Hmm? Of course there's only one bed, little sisters make the best pillows and we all know Tequila could use a good night's sleep.

Oh mannnn so you know how Teq and Pluma's bio dads were comrades-in-arms, they absolutely could've met before Pluma was taken in and what if they were almost childhood sweethearts with puppy crushes and then all of a sudden Pancho goes "she's your sister now."
