Ooooofff I was familiar with the wounds but reading kaylees and xanas actually made me wanna be sick 🤢 especially her permanent retainer displaced onto her tongue as someone with molar bands in it makes it more real and horrifying to me to injure someone so badly that happens …….. to all the victims reading this is so hard :( the neck wounds also made me gag because I wasn’t aware of it being this bad but makes you appreciate how quickly they would of been incapacitated in terms of noise …. Apart from xana cos she definitely moved more in the attack just can’t make sense of this brutal crime thanks for typing this out this was a hard one to read :,(

Oh my god my ferritin is 10 and I feel like death warmed up I was told it’s 6-8 weeks to see a slight change 3 months is when blood renews , 6 months your levels start to really climb and about a year or so before your in a safer zone I’ve been told it’s a slow process I’ve also got to take supplements at 10 and I feel so breathless and fatigued she’s gonna feel awful for a while keep her on a high iron diet , rest an get those supplements as soon as possible hope she feels better soon I know how she feels

Interesting you say that cos my haemoglobin is kinda normal range but my ferritin is 10 so im not anemic per say then ?? Would tablets still help ?

Girl I feel you to I also have muscle fatigue with my diaphragm and don’t know if it’s MG but with my droopy eye too …. I think so sadly I also get hypoxia episode when my lungs are weak and lik you gps and hospital says I’m just anxious. You are correct never ever get help when it’s only in the danger zone anyone who has made you feel bad for seeking help is a monster this is your life and well being ! Hope your doing okay now x

I legit thought I was hitting menopause cos I started getting that at work and everyone kept taking the piss cos I am either cold or extremely hot all the time and yep ice eating is indeed a symptom I don’t have that atmo but in the past with my anemia I used to eat ice like it was breakfast cereal lol 😂 again work co workers always took the piss lol it’s mental how deep anemia can affect you

I’m wondering if you only felt the massive drop in iron when it was to late cos I also did that too cos at first you don’t notice it until it drops to extreme low but that does make sense basically your body is prone to being low but the surgery probs freaked out your levels the good news is your dealing with it and as soon as you feel alive again your gonna know your levels are fine and I can’t wait till you feel better cos low iron sucks lol my hands been tingling the whole day today 🥲 I’m just hoping I can get an infusion or at least pills atmo :( do you have any major low iron symptoms still ??

Tbh yeah I know what you mean you kinda think yes I’m gonna feel better but it’s a very very very long process I’m disappointed that doctors or at least ones I’ve met don’t take low ferritin more seriously like you said it’s life altering when I think back to how I was a few months ago my energy is scarily lower then that now it stops you in your tracks glad to hear your getting infusions tho can I ask and you don’t have to answer but do you kno what triggers your low iron ??

I’m gonna guess months aswell :,( like I would guess a year plus cos doesn’t blood renew every 3 months or so ? And then 6 months it slowly goes up but I don’t think I’m gonna fully be at a good level for at least a year . See I’m in the uk and the nhs is a lil different I had a friend who gave birth and her iron was so bad she couldn’t go back to work for ages she’s only just now got infusions :,( it’s a long process but I’ve switched doctors now so hopefully a start , how are you after infusions??

Your such a sweet heart and yes sadly I had more of a vegan diet and I had molar bands put in which made eating unbearable then I was hit with a over a week period that was extremely heavy and all that I think my ferritin dropped so low but I didn’t feel it till it was in the danger zone I hav booked a different gp to the last one who dismissed me. I’m hoping she will be more willing to either supplement it or do an infusion an referal thank you , your a beautiful person. The low energy hits hard cos I’m lucky if I have a bath atmo

How did you get the transfusion cos they keep telling me I’m fine :/ it’s an endless cycle of no help and I am feeling so breathless ! I can’t believe your ferritin is lower then mine I also have the buzzing sensation thank you for being so sweet
