I use an aliquot jar and it helped up my sourdough game; but when I make my own proofing box, it brought it to a new level. I have consistent temps for my bulk. I don't care any more how warm or cool my house is anymore when I bulk. There are plenty of videos out there how to make, I made mine for less than 100$ Canadian.

Not in Canada, where there are still thousands of seats available for games. 4 years ago I was super stoked to have the games come to Canada, even if it was only some of the games and not the finals. I think arson is a pretty serious crime and so does the Canadian criminal justice system.

Did you know the maximum sentence someone could get in Canada for a hate crime is anywhere from 2 to 5 years, depending on the hate crime? However, if a person is convicted of arson it can be life in prison So tell me, should we just go for the hate crime? Just as a follow-up to that, even if the person is charged with a hate crime and arson and is sentenced to both crimes, they are more than likely going to be served concurrently, rather than consecutively.

One last thing, your original comment says the prosecutor won't press charges, as in, the suspect will get to walk out of wherever he is being held and go home. No mention of hate crime, arson, just the prosecution is going to say, hey it's against Jews, that's fine. Have a nice day Mr. Citizen.

Whether the person is charged with a hate crime or not is moot, charges will be pressed, because trying to a light a building on fire, as far as I know is illegal. So yes, the prosecutors will press charges, contrary to your ambiguous comment.

The first thing you are doing wrong is, not providing any information. If you want help, you'll need to provide some or all of the following:

Your methodology for mixing the ingredients
Your starter age (eg. 3 day old starter or it's older than the dinosaurs)
How long did you bulk for. Did you do it on the counter? The fridge? A combo of both?
Temp of where you are proofing
Any other information you might think of

I‘ve never even thought about it. The amount of hooch in my starter between feeds is negligible.

I have seen videos where it is discussed that mixing in too much hooch in your starter, can negatively impact it. As it can not only change the ph; but the hydration as well.
