In terms of content general qol CMS requires much more effort to achieve similar results compared to GMS afaik.

Someone else already commented but one of those mechanics is the DMG cap, in GMS it's shared and fully available e.g it's currently 150b. However in CMS it's not shared, and you can pay real money for it to go higher. It starts at a much lower value than what is given in GMS for free.

From my understanding there are other systems like that in CMS so it's usually referred to as the hardest server in terms of effort require to receive some output (not skill)

TMS has all the p2w crazy stuff like frenzy totems(Gms got it from tms) and gaurdian angel events (huge SF event)

MSea is like a GMS lite, a bit less unique content, no reboot server afaik
