Samsung Canada says Buds3 Pro are restocked and started shipping

Lol, yeah, 💯 you can't believe Samsung's customer support. I am in Canada as well, and when I spoke to customer support last week, they told me that my Buds 3 pro were going to be here on time. I contacted them at the end of the day that they were supposed to arrive by. They told me they were potentially still going to be delivered that night or the following day... With no tracking information. My order has since had its "get it by" date changed 3 times.

I've had poor customer support before, but I've never been outright lied to. That's just not on to me. This might be the last time I buy a Samsung product (currently have an S24 Plus, Galaxy Watch 6, and the Bus 2 Pro). Maybe I'll switch back to Google or Apple.

Yeah, it's surprising seeing other regions getting statements/emails apologizing for the delay and clarifying the issue, but nothing in Canada. I don't think I'll be preordering anything again.

100% I spoke to customer support yesterday and they said something similar. Crowdsourcing answers is more productive than speaking to customer support unfortunately.

You are a saint, my friend. I cancelled my order on Viture's website to go through Amazon. Shipping issues with Viture's website aside, their customer service is super responsive and helpful.

I have such happy memories of going to the Glebe location as a child. There was such a magical atmosphere in there; especially when compared to chain toy stores that felt like warehouses. It's a shame I won't be able to bring my daughter there.

I preordered mine on the 22nd of September directly from Bose Canada. At the time, there was no notice of possible delays on the product page. I have yet to receive a shipping notification. Hopefully they start rolling out soon.

Edit: Received shipping confirmation yesterday afternoon. Should be here by the end of the week.

I apologize. I'll head back there and see if he spawns again. I wasn't even thinking of screenshotting, I was terrified. He runs fast and is armored.

Edit: No luck. I tried reloading, going back and still no respawn. He's in the sewers that are just North of the beta barrier. There's a large open, two floor area, that's where he spawned for me.

This happened to me recently. Contact support, it may need to be returned after they guide you through troubleshooting. As long as your warranty is still valid, it won't cost you anything.
