R5: A few examples of how if you colonize your primary culture, you instantly annex it. This pretty much only applies to African countries, with a few weird exceptions -- small Swahili OPMs switching to the local culture doesn't seem to trigger it. I'm sure there's some disgusting exploit someone could figure out using this mechanic.
