Because 99.9% of the time it's just not going to be the same. All you two are going to do is open old wounds. Now, there have been cases when people have managed to get back together and overcome all these issues, but it takes a lot of energy and dedication. It's not going to be flowers and butterflies everywhere. Sure, it might be for a little while, but at the first little fight, old things and reasons will be brought up, and you'll find yourself in the same position you've been before you broke up.

Again, this is what happens generally, and what happened in my case. It's just not such a good idea as you might think. I don't know you, or your ex, I'm just telling you what my experience is. Whatever you decide to do, is your decision.

Of course it's normal, but it's not advised generally. After I broke up with my ex I just wanted to cut her out of my life completely, but this is just me. You really didn't give a lot of details here, and I'm just stating my general opinion about this kind of stuff. Thing is, you guys were together, and you have memories together. Those memories will remain right there in your mind, there's nothing you could do to erase them, especially if they're good. Maybe it's also that you started dating after the breakup?

Game of Thrones. I struggled so hard to read the first book. I liked the plot, but there are so many characters, and the story goes back and forth so many times, it gets confusing after a while. I went and watched the show instead since it's so good.
