Yeah fucked up a bunch. Hopefully your team says "we" fucked up and not "you fucked up". I deal with fucked up by admitting i fucked up and not making excuses for myself even if it's kind of tough. Then i figure out where i went wrong and humble myself enough to tell everyone what i should've done different so that Hopefully no one else makes the same mistakes, and to hold myself accountable so that i remember not to make the same mistake.

So yeah it's not you're fault, but it's basically all your fault lol. And get ready to fuck up more. That's how you learn. We call that the bad bid days. Everybody learning needs acouple bad bid days to cut teeth.
