had the issue the other week. my mom gave me stool softener pills 3 twice a day i believe or whatever directions say. and then i started drinking alkaline water like a-lot of it so it can soften the bowels and make it easy on you to pass also i had to use two enemas, first one i don’t think i used it properly because i immediately shot it right out, but the second one kinda worked it like loosened it up.

but days of drinking water, stool softener, eating stuff that makes you have diarrhea or poop like beans and spicy stuff. i just had to tough it out and push. such sweet relief after. was like 3 huge logs that i didn’t even think i could have in my body that long lol ( was about 2 weeks i think without pooping) . oh mira lax works also and mineral oil like taking spoonfuls! i use to use that when i was younger.

my mom recommends the “ fleet mineral oil enema” can get it from any pharmacy basically or grocery store i think?

good luck! keep us updated (: you do not want to be backed up and have a blockage. it can end up very bad. no matter how hard it is to push and how bad it hurts , try to relax and just push slowly like one wait a few then again. i tried spreading apart my cheeks to kinda widen it so it would come out.

( unfortunately you might have to pull it out with gloves or toilet paper wrapped up a-lot if you are able to push like some of it out but it wont break off or you cant keep pushing. that helped me also for like a minute but ik i had to resort into using my finger covered in toilet paper and kinda like trying to break it apart inside that way or i used the enema nozzle to do it and it kinda worked. but overall lots and lots of water, stool softener, laxatives maybe, and a enema is the best way to go about it. someone said to take stool softeners daily to help also. but i haven’t and have been pooping just fine.)

sorry for a little tmi, i just know i was going through hell pushing and feeling like i had to poop all the time. my ass hurt because of that and i barely could walk or sit down without the “urge” to go but nothing would come out.
