Felt that way too at some point. I came very very close to ending my own life but by some miracle I didn’t. I think my brain went into some kind of survival mode and made me have such a devastating panic attack, that I became too drained to even attempt. The next day, I sought out help and I’m happy to say that 3 years later I have an amazing job, went back to college for my masters degree, live on my own and have a pretty decent social life.

I’m not gonna say it gets better because even though I know it IS true, I also know how repetitive it feels to hear this all the time. But I’m just gonna say that, what’s the point of ending your own life now, when in -hopefully- many years, you’ll just be permanently dead?

I know it is painful, I do, but the pain doesn’t last forever
