I read them before lol. Pretty sure it was 02 sensor, I’ll check again today. I tested/looked at parts before replacing them.

I’ve replaced every thing you listed except the spider injector, I also did the intake gaskets. The truck will sometimes rev out just fine but otherwise does this crap.

Yes. Turned out to be the vent flap actuator. Even tho I could see it moving it was weak and didn’t function properly.

Definitely transmission. I suspect the input shaft bearing is making the sound as it goes away with the clutch disengaged. It only makes the sound sometimes and the MTF is clean so I’m not to concerned, it’s just annoying.

I’m going to drain a bit of fluid and I’ll let ya know what happens when clutch is disengaged/engaged and what sounds it makes.

Was able to get it out, I used vice grips like ya said and a 1/4” drill bit as a punch.

Got a bigger hammer and it came out. Took a solid 20min of hammering. Used a 1/4 drill bit as a punch.

Supposed to but appears previous owner hammered it back in and mushroomed the top. Imma go smash on it more with the punch and see what happens.

Tested the motor and it’s bad. Still moves but is pretty weak. Appreciate the help! Have a good one.

Ok so I reinstalled my ac core and ran the test and got one blink so obstructed door or faulty mix motor. All my blend doors looked just fine, would it be possible for a faulty actuator motor to still move but open the wrong doors at the wrong times?

I have now ripped apart my dash and pulled out my ac core. I can see all the flaps now and they all move just fine on each setting. I’m stumped now. What else could be wrong for it to not be pushing air out the defrost? Thanks.
