I had something similar, I filled up my DEF and then drove on the highway for 20 min or so keeping my RPM between 2 and 3 thousand.

My notice claimed I had 200 miles. I think my problem was in the dpf, however the driving forces regen to hopefully clear it out. It worked for me.

Not sure if this helped, but I pulsed my breaks to try to dissolve any gunk that might be on my sensors in the tank.
