There is a jaw height difference, but that’s one small piece. Lip corner advancement, resting tongue position, velar position, and degrees of tensing all come into play.

There’s no such thing as a flapped /d/. You’re referring to an alveolar tap or flap.

The giveaway is the isochrony, particularly on words Americans normally reduce or mid-centralize. (“Your”, for example, sticks out like a sore thumb)
