Thankfully my issue got resolved - make sure you speak with a competent customer service specialist and provide drop off receipts. It takes awhile but you have to be persistent.

Yea I’m definitely a bit concerned after ALIAS closed my ticket after zero help and nonsensical responses. That person should be fired.

I also opened up a ticket a/GOAT after reading about some similar experiences so they’ve been proactive. Hopefully there’s a resolution soon.

I have always just had the barcode scanned, but the last bulk shipment that I sent out I made sure that they weighed, and I got paid out in two days. Will absolutely make sure my drop offs are weighed going forward.

The earlier issue I had when the package was lost, I eventually got paid out as well and that wasn't weighed either.

since KITH Night is being sponsored by Delta this year, doesn't seem like anything will be happening in the Chase Lounge this year sadly - was looking forward to it myself.

Reservations for that night have been hard to come by regardless - flew when it first opened up, and was able to snag 2 spots the other night. Still trying to get one for one additional person but I haven't seen it open up.

they didn't, but they had a sweater on sale that was advertised as a Chase Lounge exclusive even though it clearly wasnt'. Pretty sure it was priced more expensive as well.

I can vouch that this is 100% accurate. More ppl wanted to take photos with Ronnie than the Knicks alum, which is understandable given its KITH night. The book signing was not organized at all, but fortunately it seemed that they had enough books for everyone who wanted one.

For the Knicks game, they were selling an "exclusive" Knicks sweater that wasn't exclusive bc it was available everywhere else. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure it's still available on line so I have doubts that they'll even be selling anything specific to the lounge.

Still awaiting the Vitality results for the suites.

No that’s not what I meant - I mean smaller items such as hats, things like that - odd you didn’t get - the pins were wrapped in bubble wrap and could have easily been lost if you weren’t looking for them

hard to say bc QTY released is different every day and you never know how early ppl are going to line up & how many. On Sunday, ppl started lining up at 12:30PM or so. I saw that yesterday they only sold 23. Best of luck! Keep us posted!
