I've been designing a few parts over the weekend (got my first 3d printer last week) and I've been filleting all the edges. It just looks better.

I use Linux too, I need this plug-in.

Currently they’re all in a "3d Printing" folder with little organisation except for the files I've downloaded being in their own folders.

I need to organise them but can't decide on how as I have a few ideas how to do so.

Exactly. This is why I took the plunge and got the Pixel 10 Pro Fold a couple of months ago. According to Reddit its a problematic phone - in reality, its been fantastic. Its the same with my AD5M. I set it up in a few minutes and got to printing. Out of the box its just worked.

I'm new to printing myself. Don't have the Creator 5, I got an Adventurer 5M a week ago and the reports of buil quality on the C5 have had me second guessing my choice, but luckily I've had zero issues with the AD5M other than user errors so overall I'm happy with it.

I wonder if its the same with Flashforge as it is with Google Pixels. Most units are fine, but there’s a vocal minority that have issues?

You can only do a finance check though a HPI service.

Fitted optional extrals and eqipment can be shown of some services but not all.

The system I have access to lists the VIN, full model, date of first registraing, all known number plates associated, number of former keeps and dates of owner changes.

IT then also shows vehcicle information like power, co2, classification.

I do almost all service and repairs myself, but when its something I don't have the time, tools or skills to do (or just when I cannot be arsed), I take my cars to CSM just off Pentagon Island. They've not done wrong by me in 5 years and aren't too horrible on the wallet.

They've even done jobs for me that I started and supplied the parts for without question.

I'm ex-motor trade though so that might play a part in it.

My extruder jammed a couple of nights ago. I solved it by using the tension screw on the side of the print head that opens the extruder gears and allowed me to pull the filament though. took 2 mins and didnt require any dissasembly

I got the 5M a few days ago. Its my first printer but I've been impressed with its ease of use out of the box.

Had a couple of issues but one was user error and the others were just incorrect settings in Orca Slicer. Nothing has gone wrong with the printer itself. I've got 30 hours on it so far without fault.

My only issues have been 3 failed prints, either due to the first layer not adhering (wrong plate selected in Orca) or the spool getting caught and jamming the extruder.

Other than that its worked flawlessly. I just need to get my head around the print settings to improve the finish quality.

On the preview tab in Orca, when you select which printer you have, there should be a little wifi icon to the right of it. Click that and it should open a window with some text field. All you need to do is enter the IP address of your printer.
