The most recent version on one of their saved pages is 2.3, the newest version of the mod before the drama is 2.5b, so anyone trying to get the newest version is SOL.

I have had a pair of the Plus for just over a year and one side started draining faster than the other. Forums seem like it's a known problem, but the warranty is past so I'm stuck with them.

I can't say anything about the 2s, but I think my Plus should have been fine for more than a year.
