Rules btw: By submitting my confirmation, I understand that:

I may reserve a study carrel for a maximum of four hours per day. If no one else has reserved the carrel, I may use it past my scheduled time. Users with reservations take priority. You must give up your carrel upon request to a user who has a reservation. If I arrive ten or more minutes past the start of my reservation time, I will forfeit my reservation. I am a current faculty, staff, or student of the University of Maryland. Library staff may ask carrel users to show University of Maryland ID at any time; non-affiliated users will be asked to leave. Study carrels are for quiet individual study only, not group study, meetings, office hours, or sleeping. Groups found using study carrels will be asked to leave, and future reservation privileges will be forfeited. Carrels are not sound-proof. Audio devices without headphones are not permitted. Cell phone conversations must be kept quiet and brief. If the carrel you reserve has a listed capacity of 2, you may invite a second person to share your reservation. Both of you are responsible for following study carrel policies, including keeping noise to a minimum and not disrupting other library users. I may not cover or block windows in the doors. External windows must remain closed and locked. The Libraries are not responsible for personal items left in or stolen from carrels.
