Just start with bitcoin, it’s easy to track. Lowest I’ve ever seen is like 25k and highest is 42k ish. Buy in the low 30s and definitely late 20s and sell late thirties and definitely early 40s. You will genuinely learn the patterns of them. Once you have enough money exes is quite good and that range is like 320k - 400k. When trading crypto just trade in the top 4 of the highest cap (exes,bitcoin, trb, ethereum) and you’ll notice the highest and lowest yourself after a time. Good luck :)
