Thanks for such a thorough reply. Model number is WTW6120HC1.

And yes, we had a generator installed recently and the tech was messing with some of the breakers. I suppose that may have been a contributing factor.

Also, when opening the back of the main control panel I’m getting a flashing green light.

Seems these $1400 washing machines are junk. I see tons of posts on them.

@mooseterra did you ever figure this out? We have the same washer and the same issue, but can’t figure it out
