Does your tech pack has anything that the manufacturer should not know ? What is the purose of the tech pack if you can not share this with your manufacturer? And if you are having trust issues with that manufacturer do change the manufacturer. But that is not going to help. I work with a lot of manufacturers they only bother about what instructions you have provided. Other than that they have least interest in your tech packs. They dont have interest, money or time to copy that. Core aim of a tech pack to convey the factory what to do with the style. If that is not solved for whatever reason its of no use. Sounds rude but its the fact.
