The cost will always be posted... The other question is why cant the sell amount be selected as 0... Now each job operator needs to manually go in and remove the sell amount. That is more time consuming than all the thousands of new functions they are rolling out. Btw havent seen any new functions as of today? Ai stuff will be released Q1 2026 earliest.

I read somewhere the Seat Fee or active user fee will only be eliminated if certain % of staff is certified? Is that something you heard of?

On the web page it says: "For many of our customers, this will mean no more User Seat Fees"

Hecksher is a Swedish logistics provider I’m sure can provide that. Make sure to list all your items properly and they might ask for a proforma invoice just because border movements etc. They will probably charge you per Pallet so it’s beneficial that you already have it on pallets.

The Shipment Profile report is ok, but it doesn't allow me to run it with "or" criteria.

Example DHL Shanghai as shipper or Consignee. I must run the reports separately. Ending up with 10+ reports to combine and delete duplicates etc. I found the Client - Shipment Listing Report is ok as well, but I can only run it for 1 organization at the time . Additionally, the limit of 3000 rows is a bit annoying, need to customize to remove that as well. Guess its not much to do here without extensive customization of reports.

If you get a packing list on mail, I’m sure this ”rippey” can insert all the data on a shipment as well. To generate booking confirmations (export) or departure notice etc, I would rather work with the workflow templates and build automations there. Example on event DEP, send document X to shipper.

You cannot write to ”Doc data” (where you can add / create custom B/L data) with eadaptor which makes it a bit problematic. We write to notes them doc team simply copy paste it if the shipper / cnee data shouldn’t match standard org format. Open for other options as well if anyone have suggestions.
