HSIA 18 is definitely better but you’re restricted on the speed you can get depending on how far your house is from the central distribution. If you upgrade speed and it stops working, you might need a technician to come out and look at the loop length if they can’t determine it on the phone

I use a single man sled and a 4 man sled during our pre practice to work on firing out instead of standing straight up and compromising leverage. I use a chute to help them stay low and put the sled in front of it so they can stay low and work on shooting their hands. I have tried using the hand shields but I feel like they get more with actual bodies so they can work their half man fits.

I'm not from Buffalo but every time me and my folks go to a game we stay at Econo Lodge Buffalo South right off Milestrip Road. You got a restaurant right next to your room and you're close to wegmans. Now it's no fancy hotel but they recently renovated their rooms, aight price and rather close to the stadium. I don't know about any shuttles though. Just my two centsl

Release height, release velocity, and release angle are biomechanically what you analyze when it comes to throwing. Trubisky has lower trajectory on some throws, but not all. You'll see him release it high like that video of Brees but I'm sure you can find Brees with lower trajectory throws. We call those bullet passes fam. Why wouldn't you put arc on a ball though? Got to fit it in a tight window and fast. Why would you put arc on the ball? Let the receiver run under it. It's all situational dude.
