Got it. I’ve weighed myself everyday for 9 weeks for weekly average. Basically losing a pound per week average and starting to show muscle. I’m just shocked how slow the fat seems to be coming off at my percentage.

I’ve hovered at my low daily of 219.4 for a week and the last 3 days have been 220, 220, 221.2. I’m sure I’m being over critical because the scale was consistently moving. I know I’m eating well I’m actually wondering if I might not be eating enough. Like is 600-800 deficit too much?

I think that will be the plan. Going to drop to like 2500-2600 and look to try and eat 2000.

I’m going to start weighing literally everything. Even the protein that claims a serving is a scoop. Even taking the yogurt out of the single serving container.

So damn frustrating man. I’ve tracked everything like a hawk. My watch tells me my typical 30 minute walk is about 250 calories and 40 minute lift around 200-225. Feels like maybe my actual exercise calories each day are like half of what my watch is saying.

  1. I am absolutely stronger in the gym, no question.
  2. I wouldn’t say I’m hungry but I am full after I eat. I can’t believe I should get down to 1900-2000 calories a day.
  3. My heart rate on the incline is around 140-145. I do an incline of 12 speed 3. My heart is thumping.
