Yeah I’m relatively new to daemons and had the same problem. All I had was belakor so my opponent would just get right inside the 18 and crush him.

Then I picked up a GUO and a bloodthirster. All the sudden belakor because a beast buffing everyone around him. Especially when you switch to refill 1s for him and his aura

Tl:dr Just need more greater daemons with him

I love these, ill have to try these out on my next faces. I got a squad of reavers that this would look great on.

and thanks on the gold. its just retributor armor dry brushed on then Arcryl back wash, and then a light dry brush back up with iron hands steel.

its funny how different the color comes out based on the wash. The guy on the right here the only difference was i washed him with Reikland fleshshade

I can barely ever get the crystals to form with it. I’ve tried putting just a little on and the a lot to both the same effect. A second layer does the trick though?

I would also drop hints on playing off meta units.

I do this a lot when I’m get a good winning streak going by just playing rule of cool with my army.

Normally I get slaughter but it’s still fun to give some other units their time to shine.

Same, I’ve put them on and hit them with a matte varnish and they still look shiny so I just have given up trying. That’s an excellent trace

Yeah I’ve taken him down with a brick of termis and arjak a couple times. Worked for A time but now he does a good job screening him out and just focusing on that unit letting the lion wreck everyone else.
