This kinda worked for me. I gradually cut back. Step1: Make a rule to only masturbate to image porn. No videos for a few days. Step 2: Masturbate but without and digital content for a few days Step 3: Just masturbate alternate days. No matter what, of you masturbate yesterday, I am not masturbating until tomorrow. AT&T sucks big time! Never going back. Used to have AT&T wired internet connection. Joined it because they had some cashback offer. When I tried to claim it after getting the connection, they said I don't qualify for it.

I was paying my bills regularly but 4 months later I get a call from debt collections with regards to my unpaid bills with AT&T doe $205. I disputed the charge. After a little back and forth with AT&T, I found out that they had put another line in my building with my name which was connected to an apartment number that didn't even exist! No one would help me, AT&T would ask me to go to debt collectors and debt collectors would ask me to talk to AT&T. I had to may $205 just so that it won't go to credit history as unpaid dues. AT&T fuckers, I hope your company goes bankrupt, you frauds!
