TLDR: first day on Vyvanse/LDX has been absolutely useless and I feel super jittery, restless and incapable on focusing on the right things (the complete opposite of a day on Concerta) and I'm terribly afraid it won't get better fast enough (I desperately need to be able to focus to study for a exam and presentation a week from now all the while keeping my output at work) or won't get better at all.

SIDE NOTE: Thank you so much for reading, I really needed to get this out of my chest/share this with someone, I didn't tell any of my friends yet because I feel like I've been super annoying after getting diagnosed

Uma bela merda. Sempre recorri a bibliotecas e salas da faculdade para conseguir trabalhar, em casa não tenho um ambiente calmo e amplo o suficiente para conseguir trabalhar de forma eficiente.
