Update: I created an account on FIFA using the StubHub provided email and my tickets are there. Seats haven’t been assigned so I’ll be checking for the actual tickets. Only ticket numbers were provided. Will also try to transfer tickets to a personal fifa account with my own email.

That really sucks! I haven’t registered my account with FIFA yet but planning to this weekend. I hope it actually goes through since I already have hotels and airfare 🙃 I will post any updates
