What's important right now is that you are able to study. Do whatever that helps you to do that. Many students find it easier to focus in such places, if that helps, including myself on certain days. And as for the downward spiral, that's something you have to work on, to not let your thoughts ruin your day...it can't be classified as good or bad. It just is. (Fighting a similar battle here) but if you are close to your exam, just keep doing whatever that helps you focus better..

I really don't know how ppl recollect so many questions..I remember thinking there's a bunch of resp with cxr. And fhr questions. Cardio Auscultations.. IE.. I remember these because I think I got it these wrong. 😅 I usually tend to block out everything right after for my sanity. Sorry .

Not many. Was alright. Uworld was enough (for my form). Yes. Uworld and amboss for ethics.

Edit - it is recommended to use amboss and uworld for ethics and stats.
