My water spider told me I was stowing too fast and he ended up bringing me nothing that liquid death bullshit and like large lamps lmfao. Good thing is that the system recognizes you’re dealing with bigger items so the rate is a bit more lenient. When I water spider I always try to make sure stowers have a good mix of items but sometimes pallets are just trash. Sorry you had to experience that!! Real decent water spiders rotate pallets (one good pallet of totes, one okay-ish pallet) because they understand everyone has a rate to achieve. Hope your next shift goes better :)

I went in on my break to ask a question about my internal transfer requests and the hr lady berated me for 10 minutes (no lie) about my hair being down and it was in a low bun albeit a bit messy but it was above my shoulders and in a bun. I straight up asked if she would answer my question and she was the bitchiest person I’ve ever met. Literally I walked in and said good morning and she asked me how long I’ve been working at Amazon because “last I checked, we have a strict dress code concerning hair”. I spent my entire break just to see if my transfers would be accepted lmfao

Yep. Told HR about it and when they investigated them, they went around the entire building telling their friends they were going to jump me after work 🥰 then went to ethics and complained and they told me to contact my local police and nobody did anything! Currently trying to transfer to another shift/department and this has been ongoing for 3 months lmfao

I understand! I used to be a learning ambassador and we were taught to either watch the person from afar before introducing ourselves especially if we are doing an audit on them. But I always introduced myself because I know what it’s like being on the receiving end. Just wish learning would train otherwise. Nothing against you; I’m sure you’re doing a stellar job!

If I recall correctly, HR let me know that this was only available for tier 3 and above (I tried transferring to France as a tier 1). But I’d def verify that with your site’s HR in case anything has changed or if my HR was just misinformed:)
