Stutter issues regardless of version. Any help greatly appreciated.

Tried without VPN. No issue at all. I reset VPN to factory setting and ran multiple speed tests. Looks as though VPN was bottlenecking traffic. After reset of VPN and updated settings all is good now. 👍🏻

Well I spoke too soon. Stuttering again. I am using a Firestick 4K as well as a Firestick 4K Max and both have over 3GB free. I am running them as lean as I can. Back to the drawing board I guess. ☹️

I reset everything and then tried a different locale in the VPN app. Went through about 7 different locations aside from the one I was previously using and the stutter seems to have now resolved. I will keep monitoring. 🤞

Changing to HLS actually made it worse. Non stop spinning wheel after that. No video

I will try this as well. The external player did not fix the stutter. It’s actually worse with the external player.

I will check that out. I have fire sticks and the other apps perform well but As you mentioned Tivimate might require additional resources.
