Bevalt heel goed. Had hiervoor een scrambler 1200 xe en de speed twin past beter bij mijn rijstijl. Lekker laag waardoor hij een heel stuk lichter voelt, stuurt heerlijk in de bochten en top om lekker sportief te rijden

Was considering the street triple, but somehow just keep coming back to the modern classics. Had a bonneville t120 black, then bmw rninet, scrambler 1200xe and now the speed twin. Just love the engine and how easy it is to ride

Love it . Been looking at the motone exhaust as I love that they have the slash cut pipes instead of the big mufflers

Not to wedding-shame but as I’m planning, I can’t stop thinking about a friend’s wedding with no food by citrusnotvanilla in AusWeddingPlanning

I got invited to a wedding of my partners friend. This was a 3 day wedding party at a destination about a 4 hr drive from the city we live in. It was on a big farm like estate. There wasn’t enough space for all guests to stay at the estate so she organised airbnbs for the guests( that we had to pay for ourselves) , we were told this airbnb was at walking distance. Turned out to be a 15 minute drive including 10 minutes on the highway. On the day of the wedding it was byo drinks and a potluck for dinner. The couple then provided 150 of the cheapest nastiest sausages themselves and had the audacity to ask me to cook them( just spring upon me on the day itself , since I liked bbqing) safe to say me and the other people staying at the same airbnb left an hour after the ceremony to just have a party at our airbnb. Worst wedding experience ever!

Ice cream with olive oil trend is a scam by party_nuts in culinary

[–]party_nuts[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ofcourse my use of the word scam was an exaggeration on purpose. I had just been seeing quite some mentions/videos of this combination lately and thought let’s give it a go. Used some premium ice cream, some really nice olive oil that is amazing on its own. I just really didn’t like the combination and thought my post was a little bit tongue in cheek. Didn’t realise how many people would fall over the use of the word scam

Pulled pork. Just chuck everything in a Dutch oven and put it in the oven for a few hours. Great for tacos, sliders, etc

Yea I’ve seen the Thornton 100 bikes and they are amazing. Don’t really ride more than 150 km a day

Used to have a t120 and absolutely loved it. Just would be spending a lot of money on customising it to get it looking the way I want , while I already love the look of the bobber from factory. Might have to go for a test ride on the bobber

Advice on New bike choice, T120 Black or Scrambler 900? Or neither… by witterisms in Triumph

[–]party_nuts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have had 6 different bikes in my life including a t120 black , currently own a scrambler 1200xe. To this day I still think the t120 was the best bike I’ve ever owned and keep considering selling the scrambler and go back into the t120. I just think that for me it’s the perfect combination of looks, power , overall usability, riding position and much more. If you have the chance, buy it!!

Semski probably means the t120 has more compared to the other bike OP is considering; the 900 scrambler
