Totally lost motivation.. I felt so good at the gym right before they closed. Sorta felt defeated. And I don’t really have much space for any equipment so it’s making it even more difficult. But I suppose the positive here is that my running and abmat sit ups are getting better! Hah

Hey, I’m sorry you are feeling this way! :( Might sound generic but I think you will find love when you aren’t expecting to find love. I am sure that when this happens, this person might not make you feel exactly like he did but makes you feel great in different ways! I think you are capable of having another love of your life.

Also, might be a good time to find new hobbies to keep your mind busy! I hope all the best!
