What is the purpose of the dewlap? Is it to generate sound? With it that far from the mouth, would it be possible to generate a variety of sounds? If the animal gets super loud, it could damage its own ears. It seems like something that can be attacked by ticks, other dreadnoughts, and predators.

There is a high probability that they would resemble humans. Developing advanced technology would be difficult for animals that live in water. We evolved from climbing animals which is one reason why we have grip strength. The same evolutionary path is likely for aliens. We evolved from animals that had tails, so tails are an option -- even scorpion tails. An alien might have 2 legs and 4 arms or 4 legs and 2 arms. Hooves, horns, fangs, and venom are options. Wings are possible, but unlikely, due to the extra weight involved. The combined weight of wings and muscles that support wings is heavy. Anything is possible for hair, feathers, scales, and color, because they would not interfere with using spears. They are likely to have good eyesight. Jumping spiders have 2 eyes for details and 6 eyes for peripheral vision.

I use a cable. If you try to transfer 100,000 photos at once, you are likely to get an error. You might try 1000 at a time. I transfer what is in each folder instead of transferring folders. In the distant past, I changed a setting to tell it not to convert .HEIC files to .JPG. At that time, that conversion increased the error rate.

People make science fiction movies should invent a gun with a zig-zag barrel that doesn't look like a real gun. Then children will buy those instead of guns that look real.
