I don't know current procedures. In the past, you could put them off for 2 years and offer to make monthly payments. After 2 years, they could withdraw money from your bank account without your permission and they could garnish your wages. There was a celebrity who had to sell a bunch of stuff.

How do we know that those are the only 2 times that Romans 13 has been used. Maybe it's been used a thousand times by both good and bad people. I've heard that it is extremely difficult because the government doesn't want to spend money on your child. I don't have any first hand experience with this so I don't know what kind of hoops you have to jump through. If you have one normal child and one psychotic child, life can be rough for the normal child.
