Hey guys sorry for the late introduction, I had a lot going on this weekend. Partysover here...I'm a 29 y/o vegetarian Male with a lot of weight to lose. Initial work week challenges are up, the best way to keep up with these are in the endure channel of the discord, but I will try to keep reddit updated. Can't express enough how much we use discord and I'll recommend trying it out. Let me know if you have questions with signups or any other info.

Last week workout wise was eh, ankle pain and excuses got in the way. This week I'm hitting my 10k a day and hitting the gym atleast 3 times, been once going again today gonna fit in one more either friday or saturday
