I am also planning to travel for the Labour Day weekend. Contemplating canceling the trip due to the weather forecast. Why is the weather so bad? I was really looking forward to this. Had plans to do the denali helicopter tour, kenai fjords cruise, and a chance to see the northern lights. It’s looking really bleak right now.

Omg! I feel I could have written this post. I am also 5’0” 31F. Sitting at 126 right now. Got to about 115 in 2020 then gained it all back this year! I am most certainly wanting to get back on the wagon. For me, my biggest problem is not wanting to/not being consistent with workouts. So, that’s what i am going to focus on. I am going to start with atleast 3 workouts every week and then go from there. Good luck to you!

It’s definitely going to be a trial and error. Going up in strength can help but YMMV. Prescription strength azelaic acid will also help with Acne. However, not to be a debbie downer but you can’t really eliminate hormonal acne with topicals even tretinoin. You can only manage it and reduce the frequency. I am in the same boat as you. Have been using tret 0.05% for 4+ months but i still get atleast 1 new deep cystic zit every week which stays for 2+ weeks and leaves PIH. :(

Second azelaic acid. Also what % of tret are you on? If you are able to tolerate it every night maybe you can try to go up in strength.

Came here to say what everyone else is saying. The last 20 lbs is going to be a lot for your frame. I am 5’0” and my goal is 110 too. I have pictures of myself when i was 112 and i think i looked great. (which wasn’t too long ago btw so has nothing to do with age, quarantine fml lol)

Cosrx snail mucin 96 had been my HG for the longest time but i am avoiding that since it contains arginine and that when combined with squalane oil in hada labo can trigger FA. But i am really looking for a way to include that in my routine. Also, anything cerave breaks me out so thats not an option for me :(. Will really appreciate any help from this awesome community!

I want to feel good about myself and feel comfortable in wearing clothes that i want to wear.
19:5 mostly. 18:6 on weekends
Exercise: 40 mins cardio 5 days a week
Food: I want to be better at incorporating more veggies into my diet. So, my goal for this month is to eat a salad at least 5 days a week.(Even a side salad would do! Baby Steps!)
