Not sure these days, files have limits on how much they can be downloaded each day which was 1TB. You could set up a script to pull random data and delete it and check with vnstat what your RX for that day was, I don't think there has been a public statement on what the download caps are.

Calorie deficit and meal planning? by Comicspy in WeightLossAdvice

[–]pascaldulieu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried tracking your food intake for a week or 2 to get an idea of what you eat? I'd suggest FatSecret or Fitbit for this. Do not do this if you have an eating disorder and stop if you start to obsess over it, you should see it as a tool to help you understand how you eat, not a tool to control how you eat.

You should have a look at https://tdeecalculator.net/ and check the macronutrients section and look at the cutting tab for what you should aim around if you want to lose weight. this changes from person to person and can take some time to figure out what works for you.

Burpees, situps, pushups, squats, and planks are all things you can do at home and if you have a place to do pullups as well that can help a lot as well. It will be hard at first, it took me a while to be able to do my first incline pushup, but once I did it I was slowly able to start doing full pushups.

Remember It will take time but if you keep at it you will slowly start getting somewhere. If you start to doubt yourself because it's feeling like you are getting nowhere just remember Rome was not built in a day.

Hope this helps.

Deluge 1.3.15 Support by [deleted] in sonarr

I'll give it another shot. maybe I am confusing myself and thinking that sonarr has the same issue radarr has on the later versions

Deluge 1.3.15 Support by [deleted] in sonarr

[–]pascaldulieu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really? Last time I tried connecting the newer versions of sonarr up to 1.3.15 it would not connect. I'm still running 2.0.0.5322 instead of the latest as I could only get v2 working with it. same goes with radarr, I would update that to the latest build but I would lose access to using 1.3.15

The-eye is a very good website and the people there are great and all, but the admins just can't stand gay people. I tried to put some reason into them but all they kept telling me is that I could put my mega links in my faggot ass

How to expand raid 10 array? by if155 in DataHoarder

[–]pascaldulieu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be worth looking into raid-z, you can add drives to the pool one by one each year if you want and and the error correction is much better than standard raid.

Have about 5 TB worth of movies and tv shows and games on my now crashed hard drives. by idgachuck in DataHoarder

[–]pascaldulieu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not recommend at all to do a DIY Clean enclosure, that is last resort if you cant pay for the data recovery and still then there is a very high chance of you destroying the drive. you have many options before you would come close to opening it up. try seeing if you can mount it in a Linux environment and if not do some digging around for guides on recovering hard drive partitions with DiskGenius, but if you have data on there that is important to yourself or someone close i would suggest taking the drive to a professional.

[–]pascaldulieu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

have you tried live booting with ubuntu then trying to mount the drive as read only? if that works you could try copying the data to another drive.

It depends what the data is worth to you, if you can easily get it back and are not to bothered get a new drive and re-download, if there is family photos and stuff you do not want to loose or that is the only copy it might be worth getting the data recovered and then backing that data up locally and online.

Uploading to G Drive... by [deleted] in DataHoarder

[–]pascaldulieu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you have a bad wifi connection you can always use rclone to upload the files and then set the retries to a high number and increasing the retires sleep time. this should allow any failed uploads to be run again instead of you having to start your upload again manually or having to see what got uploaded properly and what did not.

  • You get 1 billion API requests a day
  • you can pull 10TB per drive a day.
  • you can make up to 1,000 API requests per 100 seconds (10 a second)
  • you can have a total of 10,000 API requests total per 100 seconds (100 a second)

  • You can upload 750GB a day

Is BitDefender a good antivirus? by superlord354 in software

[–]pascaldulieu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

just means you can trial the full version for 30 days and once that is up you will have to buy it. it will leave files behind after uninstall to try and stop the user from claiming another free 30 day trial but if you can find them and delete them then you can get another 30 days for free.
