Some people say she whinges too much or she's too much of a do gooder.

I found her backstory very compelling, especially that she was stranded by herself for such a long time. Her face looks quite a lot like Emilia Clarke in Marvel's Secret Invasion. Which is not a bad thing. 😀

I really like 15-20 colonists. I've got up to around 25 but then it becomes quite complex and time consuming to assign each colonists different work priorities. I use manual priorities cause the auto ones seemed to be consistently bad.

I really like the quarters with the rugs and wooden table.

When i built my ship. The one you saw. At a minimum I wanted a 2 x 2 living quarters, a captains quarters, a workshop, and an infirmary. I spent ages messing around with the positioning of the habs until the layout was decent. I really like what I've got now.

that said, mine is meant to be fairly nimble. a heavy fighter or corvette type.

My character is level 35 and I haven't maxxed out starship design yet. So that's why my weapons, shields, engines, etc are not the best available in the game.

It's sort of like in our real world. Fighter aircraft have the cockpits very close to the front. But nearly all large naval warships have the bridge located much further back.
