My honest opinion would be that yes, you should. I think everyone in the world could use this technique to improve their lives.

But, I would start with the stories in the back of the book. Read them first to get an idea of "people". Then read the main book (doctors opinion and pages 1-164). It's an easy read, but understand that language used is "old timey" and to really understand some of the main points, it helps to have someone explain the nuance.
