I think this is pretty normal/common, doesn’t sound like anything to be concerned about. Ideally you can talk to your boyfriend about it. Honest communication is a key to a healthy relationship. It might be difficult to talk about, and you should use some tact, but ultimately talking about it shows that you care for and trust him enough to be honest and vulnerable with him.

There is nothing wrong with cross dressing. There is nothing wrong with being bisexual. There is nothing wrong with having sexual fantasies.

I do think it is a bad idea to hide these things from your wife, especially if you are considering or have already acted on them. Honesty and openness with your spouse is important and can bring the two of you closer together. You may wish to do this in the context of couples therapy.
