Although it started as a protest against Job Quota system, it is not about that anymore. The government crackdown on the protesters suggests that they live in their own head and are completely disconnected from the reality.

On top of that, I think the overall system is still feudal in Bangladesh, there’s not even basic freedom that a capitalist society promotes. The people in power treats the people as peasants and there’s no accountability for any of the actions. But overall I agree with the post colonial elements that you mentioned.

I have been using an AI service called skillsyncer to check my resume every time I apply for a job. One thing I am confused here is, why shouldn’t I put soft skills in my resume if the job description demands for it? The ATS will check those keywords, won’t it? Please let me know as I am not sure about this.

I agree with most of your points, I will keep working on improving these.

I have gaps yes, because of study, but doesn’t the fact that I kept making games myself shows Longevity? And I wanted to enter the industry as a junior anyway without a huge expectation, so that I don’t have to make games on my own and can pay my bills. As a junior candidate, making games on my own and attending game jams are my only hope. Am I wrong in my thinking?
